Clean bulk diet criticism welcome

Meal 1: 100grams of oats, 30grams razins, skim milk, scoop of whey with two whole raw eggs and skim milk.

Meal 2: whole chicken breast and 8oz baked potato with sour cream.

Meal 3: tin of tuna 2 slices whole meal bread 2 slices low fat cheese.

Meal 4: pre workout. 125 grams pasta with mince, 300grams steak.

Post workout shake.

Meal 5: two decent sized pieces of fish roughly 40 grams protein in the two. And half a cup white rice.

Meal 6: 250grams cottage cheese OR same shake as meal one.

182pounds 5'7 around 15 or 16% bf.

Cheers fellas just want to know if it looks like enough. I also munch on almonds throughout the day.
 
Looks alright to me. 2 1/2 cups of white rice seems like a lot on meal 5. I would trade that for potato and broccoli or just broccoli by it's self.

not 2 1/2 just half mate. That's a usual day for me. If I'm in a hurry in the mornings I'll just grab a meal replacement bar instead of meal 3. 32 grams carbs and 30 grams protein.

Yeah, it looks good. Any idea how many calories you are getting ? What's your job like ?
 
At uni Monday to Thursday. I'll be doing security soon Friday Saturday nights. Probably have to munch on bars alot over the weekend but what can ya do.
 
I like to keep my diet simple. Nothing fancy that keeps me running to the merket every 2 days. I don't eat any bread or many milk products. They tend to put weight on in all the wrong places. They don't call your belly the bread basket for nothing. Pasta is another one that does the same thing to me. Long distance runners eat lots of pasta for energy.

I stick to the same basic meals that I like and use them to either bulk or trim.

Chicken breasts and potatoes are the staple of bulking. Everything else is just add-ons.
Oats
Egg whites
Lean red meat twice a week
Fish
Rice
Tomatoes
Broccoli, Cabbage, & cauliflower.

Carb shakes and protein shakes

You can make a lot of good mixed meals with all that. At the same time, I don't see anything really wrong with your diet.

At 5'7" 182lbs. I would be looking more towards a leaner diet that would put me at 175lbs which would look much better for your height and better for you in the long run. You would only need to drop less than half your body fat to be ripped and you would still look pretty big. What's the reason for bulking ?

Not sure man I'm just obsessed and want to get really really big. I was skin and bone growing up and have recently got to about 82kilo so I don't want to cut. I'm getting on sus 250 eq and dbol soon so I'm hoping to gain size and harden up at the same time. I must say all the food does bloat me quite a bit. Training abs to tighten up round the stomach I know I won't get abs while bulking but I feel alot better round that area if I train them. I think I'll look too small if I start cutting now. Gunna see how this cycle goes hoping to get to around 90kilo and lower body fat. Get to around 13%.
