Hey guys! Noob here! (to this forum anyway) I been doing a slow bulk for a while now, about 5 months. Only gained about 15lbs and not much fat. I didn't want to go crazy on my bulk for fear of getting fat. Used to be 6'2" 258lbs. Anyway, I cut down to 190 and have now bulled back to 215. Roughly around 14% BF. Give or take a bit. Im looking to get down to about 180-185. I believe thatll get me to roughly 10%-11% BF. I ran Clem when I was cutting the first time but think the source was junk. I felt absolutely nothing from it and didn't notice that it helped. I'm currently looking for a new source and Im wondering if I should look at pills or liquid? I had pills last time. What you guys think? Experience?
