Clen cycle advice please

18% bodyfat (according to scales that measure bodyfat%, even though I have researched and found they are not very accurate)

I workout 5-6 days a week, 5 days a week weights and 1 (sometimes I sneak in 2 days after weight training) of light cardio (20 min elliptical or treadmill)

I do single body parts a day except arm day I combine bis/tris. Abs 1-2x a week.

I have been working out for about 2 years, got into through my boyfriend and fell in love with weight training...I went to a npc show last may with a group of ppl from my gym and decided I want to compete this year in bikini or figure, I'm leaning more towards bikini simply because I am not sure I would be physically ready for figure this year. My boyfriend has been taking steriods off and on for the 5 years we have been together, he plans to enter his first competition next year. I know better than to listen to a man when it comes to being a female needing advice on this subject, regardless of his knowledge he is a man and he knows what works for other men.

My diet is split about 40% protein, 35% carbs, 15% healthy fats...I eat 6-7x a day, post workout protein shake, etc...I can go into further detail if needed.

I want to try a cycle of clen and/or Winstrol (winny). I am very cautious about the Winstrol (winny) due to the possible side effects, I feel somewhat safer about the clen...I have read mostly that clen is an on 2 week/off 2 week cycle (or 3 weeks?), and that it has a short half life so I am guessing is best taken every day...but how many mcgs to start out with? And is the on 2 week/off 2 week cycle the best way to take it? I am looking to help get off the stubborn fat on my outer thighs that will NOT leave, and hopefully add a little more muscle.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
