Clen cycle - no side effects yet?

Hi! I'm a 135lb female currently on my first Clen cycle. I ordered Clen from extreme peptides.

Planned cycle:
Day 1: 20 mcg
Day 2: 40 mcg
Day 3: 60 mcg
Day 4-5: 80 mcg
Day 6-12: 100 mcg
Day 13: 80 mcg
Day 14: 60 mcg
I dilute 1mL (200mcg Clen) with 19mL water, so each mL of the mixture is 10mcg Clen.
3-5g taurine
500mg potassium
45min-1h cardio 6 times a week
heavy lifting 2x a week (upper (bench, pendlay rows, overhead press, accessory) and lower (squat, deadlift, power cleans) split)
Eating 1400cal a day, with 40% protein 30% carbs, 30% fat. Lots of fiber.

I am on day 4 currently and have yet to expeirence any of the typical side effects of clen (shakes, cramping...) and am starting to wonder if I may have not gotten a quality product, despite having read many good reviews of EP Clen.

Advice? How does the cycle look? Am I doing something wrong? What should I do?

Thanks!

Woof, that's some awfully fast ramping up for your first week. I normally give it two days minimum to adjust to a new dose before increasing.

And I'm almost 3x your size.

I'd keep things where you're at for a few days, and see how things go in three days. At 80mcg, I'd be very surprised if you weren't seeing side effects rather quickly. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've read that folks were questioning products from there either.

If you still don't feel anything, check out rui (lion at the top of your screen) and start MUCH slower/lower doses. Clen has a very long half-life given what it does, and you don't want to be stuck in a bad situation - counting the seconds until your heart stops racing and you can stop projectile vomiting.

Oh, and titrating down is unnecessary. 40->two days->60->two days->80->two days->100------>remainder of two weeks->off for two weeks.

My .02c :)

Edit: To clarify, the doses are based on OP's provided suggestion. I do not think that a 135lb female requires so much clen, and I would probably aim for 50-60mcg and see the results vs side effects.

Thanks for your advice!!

Yes, I am surprised too. The only reason I ramped it up so quick was because I felt absolutely nothing. I took 80mcg this morning, bracing myself for side effects that just never came. I do not know how else go gauge if this clen is legit. I did do my research before purchasing from Extreme Peptides and found many good and pretty recent (within the past 2 years) reviews, so I am surprised.

So, I should keep going for a few more days and see what happens before trying a different company and starting at much lower doses? Is it possible that some people just don't see side effects even if the clen is working? I've heard that clen also raises your heart rate dramatically, and my resting heart rate in the first place is pretty low ~50-55bpm.

This is spot on IMO. If you do end up going with the rui clen as was said go slower and when you DO feel it working for you do not continue upping the dose, until you feel its effects may be starting to slip. No sense in "pre planned" dose increases. Its a waste and can even be dangerous.

There will be ZERO doubt in your mind if it's working. I would give it another couple days to continue building up in your blood stream and see how it goes. If still nothing (a mild fever, shakes, jitters, excitability, etc), then I'd hit up rui and take NO MORE than 40mcg for your first dose. Their stuff is no joke, and clen definitely demands respect.
