Hi guys I will be starting a clen cycle either today or tomorrow and I'm just not sure on the dosage at the moment. I have something like this in mind:
Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80mcg
Day14: 60mcg
Two weeks off, then:
Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100mcg
Day14: 80mcg
The only issue I have is the dosage on the bottle. It says two capsules are 577 mg, which i'm pretty sure is wrong because that would mean two casuals are 577000mcg... Regardless it says to take two a day so I assume they have just done an error. Ill attach a picture.
