Clenbuterol - My First cycle

I got two questions about my cycle, do i need to split the doses or is it fine to take it all in the morning after waking up? does clem works best in a 500 calorie deficit? I'm eating around 2000-2200 calories a day, think my maintenance is around 2500, 175g protein, 225g carbs and 45g fat.

If you've used Clen before and know your tolerance, then starting at 40 mcg may be ok. If you haven't. start at 20mcg to assess your tolerance. Also, I wouldn't set it in stone that you are going to 120 mcg. You should go up as high as the side effects are tolerable. If you get to a point where they are a bit bothersome, back the dose down 20mcg, and see if that's better and hold there.

I wouldn't suggest taking 100mcg all at once. I do not have a ton of experience personally with Clen, but from what I've read that could be a bit much all at once. You may want to split the doses while keeping them early enough in the day to bother sleep. FOr instance if you took the first one at 6am, and took the other half at 11, or noon, but someone more experienced may want to answer the splitting of doses.

your dosage will be based upon your tolerance... so keep that in mind.. slowly work your way up
