I have read every thread in this forum on clen. But I still have a few questions and I am hoping ladies with experience can help me out.
I am 9 weeks out from competition. I just finished a cycle of primo, stacked with anavar (100mg primo/wk and 20mg anavar/day) Once I dropped Primo, I upped the anavar to 30mg/day with no problems (I have cycled anavar many times over the years) so I am still on anavar and plan to stay on til show.
I have a clen pen that doses 25mcg per spray. I wanted to begin this right now or by 8 weeks out. I have competed over the last 6 years and have never tried clen to help lean me out. I always get nice and lean in the upper body but hold a bit too much fat in the ass and hamstrings. I want to give clen a shot this time.
I am currently 15% body fat. My diet is impeccable. Not worried about diet. I train 6 days, one day off. Cardio 1 hr mid morning (except leg day) Weights ~1 hr early evening.
Question is, I take 24mg of ephedrine 2 - 3 times a day. I have been for about 10 wks already. Will this make my tolerance for clen better or worse or not affect it?
I know the dosing has been covered many threads ago, but I was going to do 2 wks on and 2 wks off style, start at 25 mcg, working my way up each day til I reach 75mcg and then stay there provided I can handle it, until I get to the end of 2nd week.
Anyone tried the pen? Anyone else dosed like this? Does anyone know about the ephedrine?
