clen pump

I have looked for the answer to this question and can't find it so i'm going to ask, im sure its been asked befor. I just got some clen from the link on this site but it didn't have dosage on it i'm guessing 1 pump is 20 mcgs? can anyone hlep me

i just got some too, and i would suggest using a syringe or dropper to measure it out though (and by measure it out, i DO NOT mean inject it)!

yes, get a medicine dropper. It's much more accurate.
