Clen question

I was wondering how effective taking clen for a few weeks would actually be for me.. I am 5'4" 117 , but I want to be more cut. I work out often, cardio and weights.. i just can't seem to get rid of my midsection and water weight. Also about how many a day would someone my size consider taking (20mcg). Thanx!:D
 
Are you eating enough? What is your work out routine? I noticed a big difference in fat loss when I upped my cardio from 30 to 45 min. 4 days a week., that coupled with weights. Quite honestly I wouldn't rec. clen, there are many otc fat burners that work. If you were to start I would start out with 20mcg and add 20mcg each day until you reach 100mcg max., just listen to your body. Cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

So:
Day 1 20mcg
Day 2 40mcg
Day 3 60mcg
Day 4 80mcg
Day 5 100mcg
Day 6-14 100mcg
Day 15-29 off
Repeat
