Im going into my second week on my clen cycle (1 week on ,1 week off for 6 weeks, then two weeks on 1 week off for 6 weeks, then 1 week on , one week off for the last six)...
Just wanting to know other supplements I should be adding?? I felt great the days that im using the Clen, but the days off i just feel tired.
Im eating a lot off protein (egg whites, chicken, turkey, skim milk)
Doing cardio 3-4 times a week, and resistance training the other days
my main goal is to drop about 10-12 lbs of body fat, and then add some muscle to really tone up.
