Clen/T3 First Timer, Question on Dose Dependency.

So, I've looked around multiple threads and sites and found that starting off Clen at 60mcgs the first 2 days, then tapering all the way up to 120mcg is ideal (While keeping T3 at 50mcg and tapering up to 125mcg as time goes).

BUT- Depending on how big someone is, will a certain dosage work?

I am 6'3'', 235 pds and 13.4 % BF <---- I'm pretty tall and usually need more of ANYTHING (like calories) for things to work. I am planning to test the waters with clen, but what exactly should be the max dose to stay away from?

Planning to do: Test Prop at 600mgs wk / Clen (2 wks on/off) / T3
Diet: Carb Cycle diet from 3J


I've done a cut cycle and went from 18% BF to 13% BF naturally in about 7 weeks. I DO NOT KNOW IF THAT IS GOOD BECAUSE I AM A TOTAL NOOB TO CUTTING CYCLES.

If i could lose about 4 pds and 2% body fat in a month (numbers just made up but keeping it realistic) WITHOUT the Clen and T3 (JUST TEST),
How much BF can I lose with CLEN and T3 in the mix in that month? Maybe double? 4%
After my short cut cycle I will plan on getting on Anadrol, Test and Tren to be back on a bulk. Any thoughts? Any helpful articles?
 
This is a decent dosing scheme for Clen:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to normal gradually)
Day14: 60mcg
Day15: off
Day16: off

Example of a second cycle:
Day1: 60mcg
Day2: 80mcg
Day3: 80mcg
Day4: 100mcg
Day5: 100mcg
Day6-Day12: 120mcg
Day13: 100mcg
Day14: 80mcg
Day15: off
Day16: off


You need to cycle off to let receptors clear... or you could run anti-histamines. But I'd just cycle off and alternate between clen and another fat burner.

Rida5d said it... it reallty depends on your diet. I'm running it right now.. T3 120mcg + clen 80mcg.. along with tren A/test sust... Fat is coming off nicely, but my diet is really on point and I'm running a 800 cal deficit 3 days a week and 400 deficit 3 days.. 1 day refeed with 600g carbs .. calorie deficit is the key... and eat a good amount of protein with T3 since it accelerate protein turnover..
 
My advice is don't even use clen.

Go with Albu - personally I think both are a waste of money. But don't use Clen it's inferior.

He wont be able to elaborate because this is clearly complete bullshit :)

T3/Clen tends to give you a 20% thermogenic boost, it certainly wont double your fat loss efforts without any diet changes.

I suggest being in a moderate caloric deficit (30%) to fully take advantage of the cycle, you should easily be able to get into single digits this way.
 
Thanks for all your answers. My diet will be a carb cycle with a 500 Cal deficit from maintenance, cardio will be included on there. It will look something like this
Monday & Thursday: 300G carb
Tuesday& Friday: 200G carb
Wednesday & Saturday,Sunday: 100G carb

Worked well for me when I was doing it for 8 weeks without the help of clen/T3.
Im sure it is realistic to say that I can go from 13.4 BF to maybe 10 or 9% in 6 weeks with the help of Clen/T3 now.
 
lol... yeah.. elaborate please. clen is a good drug when used with T3

One (clen) has tons of data showing it causes heart problems, and the other doesn't.

Both yield the same result so why go with the more dangerous drug? Lets also not forget the fact Clen will probably fuck up your sleep cycle.

They do NOT yield the same results - clen is a far superior thermogenic because albuterol is very short acting. This means it isnt in your system long enough to make a significant impact (same reason why the sides are less).

I should also mention that clens side effects are manageable if you start at a low dose & take it in the mornings.

Please avoid making statements about compounds you clearly dont understand :)

The potential heart hypertrophy side effect alone makes the drug inferior. There's a reason it was phased out of modern medicine.

Albu is safer, and will yield almost the same exact results without the heart related side effects.

If Elict you choose to run Clen take a mild antihistamine to prevent the insomnia I guarantee you'll get.

Clen stays in your system for over 24 hours.

Taking Clen in the morning can still ruin your sleep patterns, which is why I recommend Albu. You can simply choose not to take Albu after 6pm to help you go to bed easily.
 
If you're looking to keep your receptors fresh run ketotifen. Benadryl simply isn't capable of doing an adequate job regardless of what so many people will tell you.

It was phased out of modern medicine because its unnecessary for a bronchilator/decongestant to be in your system for 24hrs.

Albuterol has the exact same effect on the heart only to a smaller degree because it is NOT as influential on your CNS.
This is also the reason why it is LESS effective for fat loss.

Again, albuterol is inferior to clen in terms of FAT LOSS, which is the important point here.

I appreciate your looking for the safer compound, but stop pretending that the results will be the same - they wont.
