Hi,

Does anyone use fat burners like clen and t3 with Low Carb/Keto diet or you need to have Carbs to get benefits from it?

clen/t3 without any test is a recipe for disaster... u will lose weight, but muscle wasting will be a problem... on a cut, extremely low carb is a must, not an option for any sort of success

clen makes me shake kill s my sleep

I don t tweak my thyroid or panceas

aas are taxing enuff just to be the tough looking guy at wal mart...are u competing..if so ...no disrespect meant

hey... I'm one of those tough guys at walmart too haha...

I'm in agreement... if not competing, it's not to be messed with

I know about AAS with it.

I only ask about that do Clen and T3 need Carbs to 100% working?

of course... but if u didn't know u MUST be on a low carb diet to reduce bf, then u shouldn't be even thinking of running clen, t3 or any gear... come on people

this is bodybuilding 101

Funny how diet knowledge seems to be so cyclical.

You don't need to cut on low carbs

You need an adequate amount of protein to preserve muscle and a calorie deficit...whether it comes from low fat, low carbs, or cardio. Sometimes one will work better for an individual but the principles remain the same disregarding medical conditions

If your prepping for a contest you have to cut carbs as they cause water retention. While for the most part I agree with you, contest prep is a different animal.

It is helpful with water weight but is not necessary for cutting bf unless your TDEE is low.

I've never done a contest prep but i'm betting you could probably get reasonably dry with enough mast/tren and controlling your sodium intake.

Or if you're depleting your glycogen stores daily by living a very active lifestyle there shouldn't hold much subcutaneous water.

I'm currently cutting bf on 470g carbs.... certainly not a contest prep though.

if you are reducing bf% at 470g of carbs per day, you gotta be a very big individual (300+ lbs), not be eating much protein, you are doing a shitload of cardio, or you are just a freak of nature ;)

Some people just have a high metabolism and/or physical jobs where they are burning off tons of cals every hour even before they workout.

If you are sweating for 10+hours/day before you hit the gym you don't need to be a huge guy to get into a deficit with 3500 calories

I'm running the clen / t3 two week rotation for the first time and loving it. My energy levels are low a lot of times which gives me a bad attitude. I usually up my carbs a bit when that happens. Im far from being on stage. I'm older guy that use to fight MMA and an ex Army Ranger. I lift and tweak my body just cause I have type a personality and it keeps me out of my own head. I juiced for years back in the Army but was off when I went MMA. After a addiction fight of my life Ive been back to lifting for bout 4 years now. We all have different goals for different reasons. The bottom line is to do your homework before you do this stuff. It's serious shit and can cause serious damage. Thanks to everyone on this site for all the help.
