Clen & T3

Can someone please help me with a dosage schedule for a Clen & T3 stack, The T3 I have is Thyroid (T3/T4) by SIIC 40 mcgs and I'm trying to figure out how to get the proper dosage I know your supposed to start out at 12.5mcg my question is how to start that with these being T3 & T4.

Ive never heard of that kind of t3/t4. But You can cut them into 1/4s using a pill cutter.
