clenbuterol and bulking up

I want to get rid of my fat but bulk up at the same time. But is this possible to do if your taking clenbuterol as well and trying to bulk up or am I just in cuckoo land.
 
I think Ur in cuckoo land personally. It's one or the other, Bulk or Cut.
 
I thought as much. I just thought with clenbuterol getting rid of the fat I could bulk up by eating loads of protien and putting on muscle and get rid of the fat as well.
 
How much do you need to lose? What are your stats? I'm a big fan of the ECA stack. I have used it at least 10 times and lost lots of weight each time but kept an insanely high energy level. And its CHEAP!
 
looking to loose about 14 pounds asap get rid of some the excess fat. Any help greatly appreciated. not worried about costs.
 
U should be able to lose the fat by tweaking Ur diet, especially at 182lbs.
 
at 182 i would do this:

Week 1
10MG of Ephedra
200MG Caffeine
81MG of aspirin (baby aspirin)

Week 2
20MG of Ephedra
200MG Caffeine
81MG of aspirin (baby aspirin)

Week 3
30MG Benadryl before bed

Week 4

30MG of Ephedra
200MG Caffeine
81MG of aspirin (baby aspirin)

week 5

30MG or 40MG of Ephedra depending on how you feel with the stims.
200MG Caffeine
81MG of aspirin (baby aspirin)

This is around what most people start with. It all depends on how your body does with stims. I myself can Drink a half a pot of coffee an hour before bed and snooze like a baby. I don’t get shaky, headaches, etc. If you are like myself, you can run it like this.


Week 1
20 MG of Ephedra
200MG Caffeine
81MG of aspirin (baby aspirin)

Week 2
30MG of Ephedra
200MG Caffeine
81MG of aspirin (baby aspirin)

Week 3
30MG Benadryl before bed

Week 4

40MG of Ephedra
200MG Caffeine
81MG of aspirin (baby aspirin)

week 5

40MG or 50MG of Ephedra Depending on how you are feeling with the stims.
200MG Caffeine

optional Supps
Fish oil- This helps with blood pressure.


Then Wait at least a month before you run it again.

So you think this will work better than clenbuterol.

Been trying i've cut out nearly all carbs no fats just chicken spinchs and high protein.

Even if your taking in a lot of protein, low fat, low carb you can store the protein as fat. Excess calories are excess calories and will be stored. And you need fats to lose fats IMO. Just make sure they are good, mono/poly-unsaturated fats.

You have to remember nothing is going to work like magic, you have to put in some hard ass work no matter what your taking. In all honesty I would write down everything you eat (if you dont already), take a look at your training, and cardio.

I would get all of that spot on before doing anything else, thats just me though.
