Clenbuterol Question (Woman)

Heyy to all of you guys =)

My name is Sarah and I just recently tried Clenbuterol indrops and it was magical, but this time, I bought it in pump (kind of gel form) and I had some questions about it !

Firstly, I am 19 years old, fully developped, but fatty ...
I am 5f6 , 190-200 pounds. But I did built a lot of muscle of that weight, so no I am not only made of 200 pounds of fat!

I was wondering what should be my dosage ? And I have heard that there's better outcome with Taurine and Benadryl.

Can someone give me the best dosage I could take with all of the above or just the clen ? Anyway, anything about it will greatly be appreciated =)

Not implying anything, but it's mostly guys in this part of the website, and we are close to clueless about female dosing, compounds, and advice for such.

With that said, it sounds like you are hoping a drug is going to get rid of all that stubborn unwanted fat. When in reality, 9/10 individuals need to do more cardio with a clean and better diet!

5'6'' at 200lbs is basically saying your diet is not on point. I'm most certainly not saying you eat too much (or too little for that matter), it's about quality of food and timing!

Again, I know you are asking about drug dosing....but without correct diet and training...you will get nowhere.

Also look into 3J nutrition, a sponsor on this page, I've seen amazing results from them!

Clen technically should be cycled 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off....as beta-2 receptors (fat cells) will only take so much of the drug before they become saturated and taking more is useless....

That said, everyone reacts to stimulants differently and yes some people will be able to tolerate 100mcg of clen easily, while others may feel shaky and very stimulated from 40mcg...for someone that has a high tolerance, i would say that 150-200mcg is the max dosage for most males but this needs to be titrated up slowly...clen is a very serious drug so monitoring any changes in sides effects is imperative. Also, just because someone is not getting side effects does not mean that the drug is not doing what it needs to...ie, you do not need to be shaking from clen for it to be burning fat... and 100mcg is enough to burn a lot of fat if diet is on point. As soon as you start feeling a little warm on clen, it is working...

Bassically as mentioned before.. Diet is number 1. and clen is taken 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.. so IE:

WK1- 40mcg
WK2-40mcg
WK3-Off
WK4-Off
WK5-60mcg
WK6-60mcg
WK7-off
WK8-Off
WK9 80mcg
WK10-100mcg


thats just an example. I would start low. evaluate your tolerance to it.. monitor your results.. if your pleased with your results keep it there.. if your not.. and u KNOW your diet has been in check, up your dose.. But always alter diet first if your not seeing results.. If you create a caloric deficit you WILL lose weight.
