Clenbuterol Shakes

Hey,

Hoping I could ask you all a few questions. I've just started taking (last Friday) a 9 week cycle of Clen, Cytomel and Bromocriptine. The dosages vary throughout the cycle obviously, and at the moment I'm on 40mcg Clen and 25mcg Cytomel per day.

Thing is I'm having really bad shakes, nothing as bad as you jtunner77 but still enough to really bother me! Do you think i should lower my dosage? I'm only 50kg/110lbs (I know, I know, not planning on loosing much, would like to get down to 40kg which is my normal weight). I reckon the dosage is based on someone with much larger body mass? Maybe I should half it? - If so should I change my Cytomel intake accordingly?

On another note, while I'm here - today was my first workout on clen and the whole thing was an uphill battle, I could barely finish my routine. Any suggestions!?

Cheers, hope you don't mind dealing with a newbie!

I've been on since Friday as well and shake pretty bad. It doesn't really bother me though. It's been tolerable so far except for when I'm trying to hold something still. At least it lets me know my clen is working.

How tall are you?

The shakes from Clen will get a little better, but may of may not completely go away. I've used it a few times. If you have nausea- that will go away. I don't suggest taking a second dose any later than 1pm if you are doing 2x a day- INSOMNIA.

Clen makes it harder to breath- that never subsided for me. I used it many times. I am now on Albuterol- just started. I did tons of research... not as quick/strong as Clen, but only positive side effects, ie helps breathing.

Why Cyto and Clen? Interesting combo- just curious.

Also Clen can go 2 days on 1 off if you like.

Lol....I seen the title and I thought you meant you making some sort of protein shake with clen :worried:

I heard the shakes are a pretty common thing with clen......maybe lower the dose?
Avoid caffeine and energy drinks while taking the clen.

Thanks guys. I'm 5'4.

Yeah my gut instinct is just to slightly lower the dose, but then the dosage is supposed to increase each week for the next 4. Stress! Sure I'll give it until this Friday anyways, they may get more bearable! I can reassess the situation then I guess!

To do 2 days on two days off, would that affect the Cytomel do you know? No worries if you don't!

Oh and I'm taking Clen/Cytomel/Bromo because 2 years ago I was on cytomel and ephedrine and it worked really really well, couldn't get my hands of Eph this time so thought Clen would be a good substitute for it. Then found a stack I could order that had the two and bromocriptine!

Cheers guys!

You don't have to increase the dosage. Clen is powerful stuff. Get to a dose you're comfortable with and stick with that.

Cytomel is a thyroid drug so it will do what it does regardless of the clen.

Ya, I had bad shakes at first but I started to get use to it. Either I was getting used to the shakes, or they were diminishing. Not sure. Clen n t3 did wonders for me.

I have some shakes, tough to type or text at times, but you get used to it. I like to use around 100 mcgs per day, can't go over that. So I would find the dose that works best for you.

It's crazy that you got a hold of clen easier than you could get ephedrine. You might want to ease into it more gradually. I found that after a week I didn't really get the shakes unless I upped the dosage and even then, it was only for the first day or so. So if after a week, it's still bad, I'd definitely lower the dosage and work your way up. 9 weeks sounds like a long cycle for clen to me (maybe others can correct me on that?), so if you do have to lower the dosage, don't try to 'make up for it' by pushing it too high later on, or by extending the cycle. You can always take 6 weeks off and go back on for a second cycle later.
