hey bros im half way thru my cycle and just wanted to double check with you bros on my pct. im running test e for 12 weeks at 500mg, injecting twice a week. i also have nolva, and my clomid is ready to start 2 weeks after the last test shot. but should i run clomid for 2 or 3 weeks? i heard some say 2, others 3 and i have enough but just want to make sure im doing everything right. what do you bros think? lookin for some opinions, thanks in advance!

Yes, the minimum I would be 100mgs for 2 weeks then 50mgs for 1 week. However, you would be better served running 100mgs for longer. I usually run my post cycle therapy (pct) for at least 4 weeks. That is when I begin to feel more "normal". And I would recommend running nolva just as long as you run clomid.

Better to run for longer than at a higher dose in my book. For example, 50mg of Clomid for 4 weeks is superior to 100mg of Clomid for 2.5 weeks.

Common Clomid PCT:
Day 1: 300mg
Day 2-11: 100mg
Day 2-21 or 2-28: 50mg

Updated Clomid PCT:
Day 1-11: 100mg (optional: 300mg on day 1)
Day 12-28: 50mg
But keep running the clomid longer if you don't feel that you are recovered. Run additional Clomid at 25mg ED (or 50mg if you think you really need it).

mrank u like clomid better than nolva for post cycle therapy (pct)? if not how would you run nolva 60-40-20 ?

keeping in mind as well, that while you are still on clomid, your body will actually produce more test than what your baseline test levels would be...ie, if you normally produced 100mg a week, you might produce 125mg on clomid. And in the past I always noticed the crash came after I stopped clomid.
So the longer you stay on, the better, i tend to stay on right till my next cycle
