coenzyme Q10 for heart health while on tren?

I was recently told that I should look into coenzyme Q10 for heart health if I plan to use Tren. I've never heard of this mentioned anywhere else.

When is the general consensus on coenzyme Q10?

I take

Coq10
Omega 3
Arginine
Beet root juice
niacin
baby aspirin
Choline
Magnesium

daily for my cardiovascular support supplements.. I've read lots of good things about Coq10.

I'm honestly not sold on Coq 10. I've read a bit of the literature on it, and even forked over the cash to try it for several months. I didn't see any difference on blood work, and I didn't feel any different either.

Perhaps I didn't give it long enough, or HUGE doses are needed, but I get weary of OTC stuff that costs a significant amount of money and has statements saying that it hasn't been evaluated by the FDA, nor can it cure/treat disease.

I absolutely do agree with Arginine, cialis, fish oil (4g MINIMUM), magnesium citrate, aspirin, and taking it easy on sodium.

My .02c :)

i use co q10, i tell myself it works REALLY WELL (dont underestimate the power of placebo)

also agree with roush and halfwit, cialis and baby aspirin are very good

Thanks for the feedback - too bad cialis is not OTC. Assume main focus of this is to lower BP?

Decrease bp/bph/improve vascularity and pumps in the gym/have the ability to drive nails with my Johnson - ya. :)

Cialis has an application with the FDA for OTC approval. ;)

Fortunately, you can click on that lion at the top of your screen and get the real deal in the meantime. p

Hell yeah, Cialis is one of my stape supplements as is CoEnzymeQ10 and Magniesum Chelate. Mainly for cardivascular health, but it doesn't mean it's going to allow you to binge eat crap and blast Tren like it's water and be fine. Supplements are supplements to good health, lifestyle and nutrition choices.

Co Q10 is great for me. I require a statin drug and after several attempts to take them I had to quit due to myalgias. I started again about a year ago after a heart attack and use 400mg of it. Zero myalgias now. Other than that I can't comment on its effectiveness. Oh, and DO NOT waste money on the Ubiquinol version. Not necessary. The data on coq10 is done on the ubiquinone molecule anyway. Proofs in the pudding for me.

Hope it helps.

There is no difference between L-Arginine and Arginine, right? Just easier to type and say it that way, correct?

I have started taking it, what is it supposed to do for you?

CQ10 and DHEA are supposedly like little miracle supplements. They both have many. many benefits. More benefits (in number) than most other supplements. I'm not saying they are more important, but that they each have a long list of benefits.

It's recognized as having true benefits for althletes. Google and you will see lots.

Here's one benefit most people do not know about:

"There is a large body of scientific study on the effects of L-arginine on growth hormone release. In fact, the administration of a large dose of L-arginine is a standard test for the ability of the pituitary to release growth hormone. (Another test using insulin is actually more effective, but it is not accepted as the standard test by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.) Most scientists believe that L-arginine promotes HGH release by inhibiting somatostatin, and this has been demonstrated in at least one scientific study. L-arginine has many other benefits in addition to being a growth hormone releaser. See the chapter of this manual on Arginine for additional information about using arginine as a growth hormone releaser and for safety warnings about the use of arginine."

Nice! How much should be taken to get those benefits. I will read the link and see if it tells me and edit if I find it before someone answers.

EDIT: 10 - 30 grams of arginine before bed time if you are under 40, it has little effect if you are over 40. :( BOOO!!!!!

L=Arginine... Meh.

Go with Agmatine or atleast AAKG, Citrulline Malate is good to.

These all result in far better blood levels of Arginine mg per mg due to GI absorbtion or something along those lines.

I'm just gonna give another thumbs of for CoQ10...

When I was taking it my HGH numbers were good.. After I stopped taking it, it went down. Perhaps coincidence, But I'm going back on it or the Agmatine that Staunched recommends.

How does arginine know how old you are?
I read here on ology that 3 grams a day is good. 30 grams? That's crazy!?

I also read on here that ubiquinol is good and to take coq10 with it.

I take
Fish oil
Arginine
D
Magnesium
Flax oil
Cialis
Ubiquinol coq10
Baby a spring

Let's not forget that vitamins/ supps are taken to help us get what we miss from our food.
Making good choices in what you eat is the best thing you can do .
Avocado is good for you, lipid profile.
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Fermented food products are very good
