Colon Cleaner

Do you guys recommend anything in regards to a colon cleaner?

I went to purchase one on line and they're so many of them I don't know which one to take.

i bought the phillips brand...u can buy it at anystore....

i take like 2 after each meal...i liked it, wasnt a laxitive...but i felt 'cleaner' if that makes sence
