Coming out of a cut 2nd week into cycle - reverse diet help

So im nearing the end of my cut, and will be finished 2 weeks into my 10 week 500mg test 80mg var cycle.

I obviously want to maintain lean (possible get leaner) while starting to add some + more mass back on.

My lowest point this week is 2000 calories
macros - 200carb 200 pro 40 fat

Usually when reverse dieting (i have only done it once) I upped calls to maintenance for a week and then slowly added 100 calories every week, and ended up putting on a bit of weight towards the end (natty diagnosed low T last year, on TRT now)

So, how would i best get recomp calorie levels out of my cut without un doing all my hard work?

Im thinking calorie cycling first week, aiming towards maintenance and then slowly up from there and see how it goes?

I don't want to waist my first cycle with under-eating or eating maintenance and spinning my wheels, but at the same time want to be cautious with fat gain...

Thanks

slwoly add back carbs in and up the calories, nothing too sudden. give the body per week time with slight increases to adjust and utilise it all or you will gan back some good fat back in matter of days and weeks if you do it too sudden

also know what your maintenance is, know your body, know how it reacts to fats and carbs. are you carb tolerant person then yeah carbs are fine, are you carb intolerant like about 60% of the west = you will get fat if you keep them in and too much of them

Thanks, yes I'm fairly sensitive to carbs and tend to restrict them to around training hours pre and post.

my maintenance pre cut was around 2600 but id imagine its around 2400 now.

In the first week should i go straight back to 2400? or slowly add 100 calories in from 200?

The second option could mean i only spend 2-3 weeks above maintenance on this cycle, and i know test is loverly but it can't make muscle from thin air?

thanks
