Comment on my first cycle please! TEST - E / CLEN / T3

Sup steroidology

I'm 25 years old, have been hitting the gym seriously for 1 year i have 213LBS, 6.2 ft, and 16% bf.

I have been considering very seriously the possibility to add to my first cycle those 2 = T3 / CLEN.
I'm on a plateau that seems to never end. That's why i want to make it a cutting.


Ok so by mine research this would be a good first cycle:

1 - 6 TEST-E 300mg/ week
1 - 6 T3 1,25mg / day, starting on 0,25mg, increased by 25mcg every few days until a max dose of 100-125mcg t3 is reached.
1 - 2, 4 - 6 CLEN / 20mcg day 1, increased by 20mcg ed until day 7 for a total of 140mcg


I read on this topic this guy replied that dose of t3 would be fine

But now my 2 questions:

I was posting on another forum here from my country and some guys replied that T3 at 0,25 would be like a max dosage. And that 1,25 mcg would be like a suicide dose and very probably i would have a future thyroid problem. Now i'm getting the T3 and Clen but, now i'm confused about the dosage...

I was very fat at my teen age. 140KG 35% obesse BF, and i developed a litle GYNO. Now with that gyno, my question is: if it is safe to do a cycle like this and not make it worse, and if by having gyno before you start a cycle could make it more likely for it to develop...

And i know you going to tell me 300 mg / week is very low. 300 mg would be like 3x your normal testosterone weekly production. It is said that you make 11 mg perday. And i don't know how will i react to it, so i'm really making it 300mg, so please try to ignore this. I have already read the 300 vs 600 topic.

Extremely likely that you will make your gyno much worse. You need to read up on aromatase inhibitors.

Do you plan on doing a post cycle therapy protocol (PCT)?

300mg/week of test is pretty low.

I would skip the T3 and Clen on your first cycle.

If you have only been training for one year you should be able to continue making natural gains pretty easily. How's your diet?

PCT:
I plan making PCT. I read i need a arimidex, because of water retention, and i'm not sure about the clomid or tamox dosage, some say i should make on the sycle and some say i should make on the PCT only.

Train:
well i have been on the gym for another 2 years before and both stopped 1 year on each of those years. lol. yes i really regret about this.

Diet:
I'm doing very low carb, keto diet... max 50grams perday.... 2500 cals / day, macros 6% carb/ 32% protein / 62% fat
 
IMO you shouldn't even be thinking about gear since u seem to have a lack of dedication.. There's still a lot more natural potential if you get diet and training straight
 
I think you need to eat more than 2,500 calories to grow while lifting weights. I would focus on that for now. A cycle will not make you grow either if you don't know how to consume calories.
 
what did i say that made you think i have a lack of dedication? that was in the past i wasn't hitting gym seriously, but now i'm different. i calculate all my shit i don't miss no day and no workout at the gym. look at my diet. just try to do that it's fucking hard.
 
I think you need to eat more than 2,500 calories to grow while lifting weights. I would focus on that for now. A cycle will not make you grow either if you don't know how to consume calories.
I'm trying to reduce my BF%, and i still kind of growing, i don't catabolize so easyly, i'm doing fasted cardio and i still donot catabolise
 
Hey bud I hear ya, i got almost exact thing going on here.. I just kinda on the fence about the whole bodyfat thing. I mean on one hand I enjoy training for power and strength on the other wouldnt mind shedding a little fat...
 
I believe the point being made is that aas THRIVE in a calorie rich enviroment. Lean bulk is like jumbo shrimp and almost is an approach reserved for advanced bbders.

T3, clen and all that bs is just taxing your body unnecesarily i m o. Ur about to hammer your hpta ( and with a very low dose ); why potentially screw around with your thyroid as well ?

Just my .02 cents.

Hmmm good advice.. way to knock me off the fence. Shit or get off the pot.... lol. Im gonna roll solely test. Im sold screw all that clen t3 bs.

Btw, 6 weeks is not enough for a long ester cycle, or probably a short ester for that matter.
Start at your 300mg test if you want, but you might want to go up to 500. And run 12 weeks.
Diet and cardio will get your bf down.
 
My opinion is to hold off doing ANYTHING right now and really concentrate on learning as much as you possibly can about diet/nutrition, the different AAS compounds (specifically), how to cyle, how to stay safe and everything else you can think of. Then 6 months from now come back and see where your heads at. In the mean time still keep up your workouts and stay dedicated. Remember: knowledge really is power!
