Comming off need help

I accomplished what I wanted the last cycle witch was to re build what I had lost in *the past and loos some excess bf . This was accomplished . I was big enuf when I started *I only put on ten pounds but I must of lost bf .*

My weight now is 265
Age 39
Hight 6 ft
Bf 20 .. Down from 25

My calorie intake was *Between 2800. 3200 . Give or take .

Next cycle big cutting cycle a plan on dropping down to 12 or 15 %!bf*

Most research has shown to keep eating the way I was ..*
That would work wile waiting for my next cycle because I plan on going back to work witch is hard tile and marble work . This will help burn big time*
Question can I drop the cal intake to. 2000 cal a day without loosing to much gains .. You would think with such a high body fat the first thing to go would be bf until this gets low .*

How abut training . Right now I train something like this*

Mon .. Chest * *Big*
Tue ....back. * * *Big*
We'd....shoulders. *Posable little legs .
Thur..... Arms . * *Big*
Off ....
No legs bad back bad knee ..*

How should I train when I go off .
 
No. No I repeat the schedule .. Some times tree days on one day off .. I only take one day off a week . My bad . I'm going to start the cardio . But if I go to work , trust me there will be no need . 8 hours of intense hard labor is enugh ..I'm hating the cardio . But it will get don .
 
So u only work out four times a week? Need to increase that with cardio to drop that bf...
No my bad .. Usually it's tree days on one day off repeat , or four days off one day off repeat , occasionally , I'll take a two day break . Usually when I cycle each body part will get run every fith day . So if I work chest on mon .. I'll work it again fri. .. I don't superset anything . I usually work one bady part a day hard . 5 exercises . 4 sets each exersize . Reps depend . But it's always between 8 - to twelve reps .. Some times I'll go heavy but not to much with sets of 5 .. But I'll usually drop set to that .
