I also believe it's a safer alternative, and I've posted as much throughout the years. Be careful sua, you will get some strong reactions out of people if you think dnp is ok.

As for clen being stronger than ephedrine, that answer is yes and no. Yes it is for 10-14 days, after that, if loses it's efficacy and you have to lay off of it for some time. Clen has never interested me that much, but I do seem to recall others trying to figure a way around the shutdown from clen.
 
One more question...

Ok, well I got my stuff today and plan to begin next week. As far as cardio goes I am going to bump it up to 4 days a week at an incline of 12 for about 30 minutes at about 3.5 -4.5 mph. Is this style of cardio better than HIT 3 minutes 4.5 and 2 minutes 7.0-8.0 mph at no incline? I know the subject matter has shifted, but I want to make sure my workouts are in check as well. What do you guys do that seems to work the best or have heard a majority of people have the largest amount of benefit from? I have heard it depends on you mostly, but I know there has to be some type of majority opinion out there. Does incline help? What speed is most effective? How long is the best workout (minutes or distance)? How do you guys rate the opposing views? Also note that in between these four days of cardio, I will be doing 2 workout sessions to help maintain my muscle (mostly compound exercies). Is this a comfortable schedule or do you recommend something else? Any and all comments accepted, thank you very much!! :shoot2:

yea i havent really looked too extensively into DNP because
1. i dont need it
2. i doubt i ever will
but from the little literature/discussions/logs ive read regarding DNP, as long as you can handle the heat/lethargy/insomnia/etc, and use a low but effective dose, then its as "safe" as an extreme body composition-altering compound can be. Not to mention the fact that its infinity times more effective than clen.

As for the shutdown from clen, people use Ketofien (sp?) for that to be able to run it continuously.
 
Questions again...

What's going on fellas? Well started my stack about 7 days ago at 12.5mg of vaso pro and 200 mg of caffeine. The first day I felt a surge of energy, but after the second day the surge faded away. Today I bumped the vaso pro up to 25 mg a day with 200 mg of caffeine and it seems to have no effect on me. I have noticed slight results but nothing to really mention. Again I am just trying to drop a little fat on stomach. After speaking with a prodcut specialist he recommended I purchase some CLA and L-Lartinine, after I just bought this shit. He basically told me that since this stack wasn't giving me any energy I should stop it and try something else. Then I had another guy tell me to drop back down to 12.5 mg since a higher dosage wasn't working. I do not want to lose anymore size...my diet is in check, but I want to lose this fat. Am I getting ahead of myself? What should I expect from one cycle of this stuff for a month? C'mon boys I need some help here..... :eyes:

I am assuming you meant l-carnitine? Or possibly l-taurine? And is vasopro an ephedrine product? Information would help me here.

Ok, you CAN get some cla and l-carnitine, and they are decent supps, however if you are wanting fatloss, I think there are better bang for the buck supps out there. Also, if you are looking into carnitine, I would recommend alcar or l-carnitine propionyl because just plain old l-carnitine doesn't make it past the gut very well. My opinion, stick with what you have and refine how you take it as well as your physical level and your diet.

Ok, next question, are you looking for energy or fatloss? Studies show that even after your body attenuates to the ephedrine, it still helps with fatloss. And how much energy burst are you looking for? If you are a recovering meth addict, ephedrine isn't going to compare. If you want energy, try and get a script for adderall.

Also, for dosing the e/c, most take it 2x-3x/day. Ephedrine never gave me much in the way of any energy burst, and when I used to take it, I could take it right before bed and have no problems going to sleep. But it did make a difference in fatloss.

Now, if you are hellbent for fatloss, dnp is going to be your best bet. But if you are taking e/c, you are still going to have to watch your diet, etc.

Remember, these are just supplements, you have to do the heavy lifting, they just help spot you.

To recap:
ephedrine good for fatloss, not miracle pill
dnp is miracle pill for fatloss
meth for energy, ephedrine for fatloss (meth can possibly kill you, ephedrine can be blamed for your death, but only if you do everything you can to get your heart rate up and you mention to your mother hours before you die that you have taken some ephedrine, otherwise, if you mention steroids right before you die, she will blame them, either way your mother is blaming something other than the stupidity of her baby)
taking ephedrine a half hour or so before sex can make you fuck like a rock star, no fucking lie, it's amazing...ok, so this part wasn't a recap, but it really isn't mentioned often enough, however the downside is that it does make it more difficult to get an erection, not to mention that if you take enough of it, it's hell on your prostate
cla and carnitine sales pitch sounds more like this guy wants your money and probably has no clue how these substances can help you
if you want information that can help you, you need to give us information that we can use, otherwise we end up guessing stuff, pulling stuff out of our ass, and randomly talking about stuff that may or may not have any bearing on the question you think you may have asked

Thanks for the infro man..yes vaso pro has ephedrine hcl and that guanifesin (spelling) in it. So should I bump up to twice a day? I just thought it was odd the surge effect faded so quickly...What kind of effects can I hope for in a month cycle?
 
If you want add a kick to the ephedrine

Try AMP by Ergopharm.Use it only on workout days and cycle it,as tolerance builds quickly.
 
im sure TXlonghorn covered it all but heres my quick response:

1. you cant go by "feel". ephedrine+caffeine helps fat loss, theres no doubt about it. Just get up 75mg of E and 600mg of C (tops) a day and stop worrying about it.
2. cla isnt worth it
3. ive read good things about alcar, but its definatly not madatory. I believe theres some "anarchy" stack that includes it. Worth a shot i guess.
