What you do is tap the space bar as fast as you can.

Do it the same time of day (preferrably right before you would train), and do it for a week or so. Write down the number each day. At the end of the week you average all the numbers together. This is your baseline number.

You will notice that your number will be lower late at night, when you're tired, or early in the morning. This is normal.

What you should do is take the test before you train. If your number is 10% lower, then your CNS is pretty burned out. When this occurs, you cut back on the volume of your workouts until it returns to normal.

This helps you maintain intensity of workouts while adjusting volume to fit how your body is reacting to the workout. It would be really useful if you've had a stressful week or something like that, and cutting back on the volume of the workout could prevent some serious overtraining.

It's also important because many people will reduce WEIGHT when their CNS gets burned out, but this reduces the effectiveness of the workouts. This tool allows you to keep intensity up without burning out.

I usually only get in the 70s, but 80s if I'm hopped up on ephedra :D

I remember hearing someone that said they got like 140...but I think they did some sort of finger vibrating thing, cause that's nuts. I guess your keyboard can affect the score...but it's ok so long as you use it relatively.

well man its so inconsistent, i tried beating 87 and i ended up getting really low ass numbers like 50, so i guess doing this overtrained me

shit, i better take a week off

lol

that's why you're supposed to do an average.

Do it a few times to get used it it, then once you are you can start getting the numbers to make an avereage. Just remember to do it the same time of day.

Just don't practice it to get good at it lol. That's not what it's for :p
