concern about increased heart rate

My current regimen is Test Cyp 165 mg/week in split dose. 400 iu HCG 2x a week and .25 mg anastrozole 2x a week

So my latest blood test results taken yesterday. (24 hours after injection)

Hematocrit 47.3 (37.5-51.0 %)
Testosterone, Serum 1024 (348-1197 ng/dL)
Estradiol 20.3 (7.6-42.6 pg/mL) non sensitive

Not sure how concerned I should be about the elevated heart rate

What day do u take the adex...on test or hcg day?
Your hcg is dosed day before or after test shot?
Keep an eye on hct

what level E2 do you guys think I should shoot for?

I feel best in the low 30s on the non-sensitive E2 test.

Actually my Doctors' orders are to take the full Test dose of 200 mg once a week, and the HCG and AI every 3.5 days with one day being the same as the day of the Test. I've been splitting the test dose in half and taking it every 3.5 days against his orders and also lowering the amount of Testosterone and HCG I'm taking.
