Our concierge program is limited to the first 250 clients, after that there will be a waiting list to become a concierge client.
The program is headed by one of the top MD's within our network who specializes in bariatric and internal medicine. This program will include the following:
Annual comprehensive physical focused on disease prevention by determining your health risks.
Guaranteed same or next day appointments.
No wait time for appointments.
Appointments will take as long as you need. Stay until all of your concerns are addressed.
The personal cell phone of the physician and will be given to you once the agreement is executed.
Complimentary body fat analysis anytime requested during a visit.
So basically the program gives you VIP access to one of the best physician's in the country specializing in weight loss and internal medicine. When appointments are scheduled the room will be prepared and waiting for your arrival, this is the highest level of service you can get in our industry.
This program differs from others like it because most concierge programs consist of up to 650+ patients. We have limited this program to a much smaller number to ensure the highest level of service for our concierge clients.
This program begins at as little as $200 a month but does not include your Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) services, this service is just the concierge side.

PS: if any medical issues arise aside from your speciality programs, you will be able to bill your insurance for those types of services through our physician.
