Confused about which blood panel to get

New to this getting my ducks in row. Been reading a lot of threads on many forums and there are different thoughts on this. Wondering if I get the male hormone panel from private med labs for all three tests will I be covered? Just trying to make it simpler for myself.

Thanks

Not sure what you're asking... the panel you select depends on what you need to know. What's the goal? What "all three tests" are you referring to?

The male hormone panel on privatemdlabs is pretty complete, but doesn't include a few things you might want depending on your situation.

Like i said doing research and making a list of what i will need to do a cycle. That being said im looking for pre, mid and post cycle tests. Just want to make sure I don't miss anything I need to check. From what I seen the male hormone panel will cover this.

1. Testosterone, Total
2. Testosterone, Free
3. E2 Assay
4. CBC (Compete blood count)
5. CMP (Comprehensive meta-bolic panel)
6. Lipid Profile (post cycle is fine)
7. LH and FSH (pre-cycle and post PCT) No need for mid cycle as these would be shut down.
8. Optional: Prolactin. Depends on what you cycle. Mid and post cycle only.

That's what I recommend.

Depends on what compounds you are going to run. Normally, the Hormone Panel for Females is fine. See below in my signature for two options. Pre-Cycle and Post-Cycle get the cheaper one since you will not have a TT result above 1500. Mid-Cycle get the more expensive one.

If you use a 19-nor add a Prolactin lab.

If you want to check thyroid (if using T3 for example or want to get comprehensive baseline) and cholesterol, etc. getting the Male Hormone Panel is probably your best priced option.

So again, it depends on what you want. But if you have never done any blood work or it has been a long time, I would recommend getting the Male Hormone Panel for pre-cycle. Then you will have your bases covered. Add in prolactin if you are going to use a 19nor.

Thanks alot. So pumped up to get the bf% with 3js help. During which time studying and making a plan for what I'm going to ru. This forum has really opened my eyes.

Thanks for all the info here

Just to add to what megatron said for a 19-nor, Get a T3 WITH a rT3, the ratio is a better way to find your actual T3 fitness.
