Congrats to John Galligan on his 705 bench yesterday in Lake George.
Great bench with much more to come.
What heart this big man has. He ripped his Karin's denim open on his 1st attempt. Came back with a ripped shirt and got 705. No doubt the shirt ripping played mind games with him. I can only speculate what the results would have been if things went smoothly.
Big John is now qualified for the WPO semi's. He also took overall bench and a trophy for his class. Next meet he lifts in will most likely invlove larger numbers. I think it is in John's best interest that as few people as possible find out what meet that will be.........
Thanks to the IRON ASYLUM for their help and support. John will be training with them exclusivly leading up to his next meet.
