Did my final contest for this season last weekend.
I could say this was the best shape i ever got. Although ended up with a 2nd place. It was a physique show.
Have been with 3j for over an year now. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Yea he did wonderfully. We are taking a break from shows so we can come in bigger next year. He has worked his ass off i am very proud to be his coach!
