Hello bros how could control blood pressure while on cycle with medication for those whom get increase bp on gear

Lisinopril is commonly used.

Are you managing estradiol and hematocrit? Watching your diet? Drinking sufficient water? All these things have a big effect of BP.

some huge ones are good diet , manage sodium intake , drink alot of water , and definetly definetly make sure u are managing estrogen . Take those Ai's .

Explain this one to me. You are on Lisinorpil by your doc or just take it while you are on a cycle?? Because I know blood pressure medication is no joke, once you are on it's almost impossible to get off.

And secondly, bad diet+gear=high BP. I had high BP when I did my first cycle at 19 because I ate McDonalds for pre-workout meals and Taco Bell for post workout, and drank alcohol like water. My doctor wanted to prescribe to me Atenelol, but my mom talked me out of it. Glad she did, I heard nothing but horror stories online how people wished they would have never got on bp medicine and would have found natural ways to lower it. By age 20 my BP was normal, good diet helped.

Oh and just remember you "I DON'T DO CARDIO" guys, cardio will lower your BP a lot too. I noticed this as well when I started doing more cardio in with my workouts.

Oh and it's worth noting that cannabis lowers blood pressure. no there is no study, just rumors but I am a good example. When I was having high bp, I would eat a piece of medicated chocolate and when I was stoned, my BP would drop from 150/90 to 137/85. I also tried this with my friend who has high BP(because family history) and the same exact thing: the edibles drop his BP by 10 points

What makes you say that once you go on bp meds, you can't get off them? I've been on lisinopril for years, and was able to come off blood pressure wise, but as I'm a diabetic, I take it for help with the kidneys. Fish oil is a good natural way to bring bp down - but in all honesty, it's almost ALWAYS estradiol being the culprit on cycle.

(high dose cycles will require bp meds/diuretics though)

Hmmm maybe because I do not know Lisinopril that well, but I am talking about the beta blockers such as Atenelol. That drug is a nightmare. First off, it regulates your heart beats. While resting, you will be at 45-55 and MAX 90 when working out. What does this mean? It impossible to lose weight on this drug because no matter how hard you bust your ass, it will be impossible to break a sweat since your heart rate will never go higher than 90. On top of the impossible weight loss, bodybuilders report losing strength and size over time. Also this drug even with good diet will make you gain fat since you will never be able to burn it.

Here is an example
Atenolol Prevent You From Losing Weight? - Heart Disorders Message Board - HealthBoards

Also getting off seems to be difficult

But all in all, that is Atenelol. Lisinorpil I do not know anything about.

I do not use it. I used to have a prescription for it, but I guess I beat the impossible odds and got off it after getting on TRT.

That's called bradycardia, and is an uncommon side effect. I've used beta blockers and didn't have any issues with bradycardia. If you are on one, and DO experience such a side effect, you're supposed to talk to your doctor about an alternative medicine.

On my last Test E/Deca cycle BP was knocking on 140/80 towards the end of cycle. Hematocrit level was 52 (51 was the cutoff). 3J recommended supplementing with magnesium and potassium. Also added a Lower Blood Pressure natural supplement with Garlic/Hawthorne Berry and was able to go back to the 130s/70s.

Donating blood will also help lower your Hemoglobin/Hematocrit levels and consequently lower BP, no?

There's no correlation between hematocrit and blood pressure unfortunately. It TOTALLY makes sense that it would, and perhaps if you got to the point where you suffered from multiple clots it would - but at healthy ranges, it doesn't.

(funny thing is, blood pressure is mostly increased by additional water in the body, and hematocrit is higher when there's less water present in the blood as a ratio of solids to liquid. It's a crazy battle between the two - just have to find a happy place in the middle somewhere. ;))

Besides everything that has been set, I've noticed while I've used Ipamorelin and Mod Grf 1-29 together it lowers my heart rate and blood pressure lower than they normally are. It may be of benefit when you have everything else under control as well.

Good suggestions from above....especially the hydration. I have always found that the heavier I get, the higher the blood pressure. Blood pressure is not to be fooled with. It is a silent killer and a huge problem with it is that you can't really "feel" when your running high...unless it's really high. The best way to lower blood pressure besides medication....is SWEAT !. Yup... the "C" word..... Cardio.
