Several chicken crock pot recipes that I use:
1 - chicken, black beans, salsa (got that one off this forum)
2 - chicken, salsa verde (put over brown rice - vary the amount of rice to meet your current dietary needs)
High protein oatmeal pancakes (recipe is on the forum somewhere) - taste good cold too. If you need a few more simple carbs then you can smother it in syrup.
I'm a creature of habit and I can eat the same thing day in, day out for weeks at a time.
Been thinking of hiring 3J to develop a good diet for my next cycle.
