Could really use some experienced help!!!

Im not sure if I should post a new thread for this or just continue on this thread since its basically the same subject. I will wait to see if anyone replies. One quick question first....How do I delete a thread if I have to?

I would like to express my gratitude for all the help I have recieved on this board and to all the guys that actually give a dam to help out a stranger....THANK YOU!

I have tweeked my next cycle and diet and just want to see if there is anything else I can do with the diet to maximize my gains. I am a med student so remember that during the days I am in the ER for my clinicals and can only eat at lunch time.

This is where I am at for my cycle...

700mg test sus 270/week
400mg tren e 200/week
40mg dbol/day for 5 weeks
300iu/hcg every 3 days sub-q
1mg anastrozole/day
liv52 and multi vitamins as well
pct starts 4 weeks after last inject and thats clomid and tomoxifen

This is where I am at for my diet.....

breakfast is protien shake with a bowl of oatmeal

first snack (in the ER) protien shake mixed with 1 cup skim milk/package of instant oatmeal/and one cup water.

Lunch will have to be fast food since I cannot go home...so burger king? lol

second snack (in the ER) same as first snack but with a scoop of weight gainer (w/milk it says its 900 cals)

dinner will be anything with chicken, turkey, or red meat.

third snack apple or banana with yogurt and peanut butter

last snack (before bed) is a 8oz steak

This is almost what I am eating now except with out the oats in my protien and the weight gainer and a lil smaller portions...I plan on doubling my meal sizes when I am on to get the proper amount of carbs/protien/fats that I will need to grow.

So tell me what I am doing wrong or what I can add. The diet thing is the hardest part for me on this because of my time so I am just trying to do everything I possibly can within my means.

Blend up your protein powder and regular oats together with the milk and you'll be much better off IMO. Make it the night before and it will be nice and cold and you can just chug it so it doesn't interfere with work.

I've made some suggestions. I would do RJ's BIG SUNDAY as often as possible. Eat big and you will get big!!!

I dont want to sound gay or anything but RJ I think I love you LMAO!!!

ok so I will definitely be watching the tren since i did see bacne start when I bumped it up to 460 mg a week last cycle. Not sure if its gonna do that this time but I have got some proactive and retin-a to battle it (again not sure if thats even gonna help but I dont know what else to do). This will be the last time I run the sus because I didnt learn enough about it before I bought it..test e after this from now on for me. I like the idea of real oats. Laughed my ass off at the RJ special too! It sounds good to me. As far as dinner goes what would you recommend for carbs? Somethin easy please ;) And if its not to much trouble what is RJ's big sunday???

I love this board. Dieting is very frikin hard and I am learning a ton from everyone! I started this diet last sunday and I dont know if it is working or not but I am up three pounds which is not normal...I usually always stay the same weight.

Thanks again RJ I do appreciate all your advice and time and I think with your help I will actually get somewhere :)
