My goal is to get a lil more size and drop 10lbs
From reading the other posts on cardio:
Lifting first, Then cardio after.
Eat something light before and a shake after?(not sure on this one)

I've been keeping my calories at 1800-2000 cal. Any other recommendations. I just ordered thermorexin as well. Pop a couple before the lifting?

Honestly, you're not going to gain size with that small of a caloric intake...what are your stats now?? How many days a week do you workout?? Seriously, the whole "I want more size and drop 10lbs" is kind of counterintuitive...

Yea...I know what you're saying...its just summer is around the corner and the excess 10lbs is not so lovely. I workout 3 days a week and right now I do 1 day cardio(basketball) on a day off from lifting. But i plan to do lifting and then do some cardio afterwards. I'm 6'2'', 195 lbs. If i can jut maintain what I have and lose some fat...that would be pretty good.

I also have a question on cardio, Ill be using a tredmill how fast should I run? jogg or spint? I was thinking doing sprinting, then jogg for a little then spint then back to jogg.. is this ok? I want to maximize BF loss!

Add more cardio in...5-6 days, at least 45 minutes...keep a moderate intensity for most it, with a coupla bouts of high intensity work...Try to keep your kcals around 2300-2500...CLEAN...there are loads of info in the Dieting Forum that'll help you with that...Keep lifting HEAVY...build the muscle...it's more metabolically active than fatty tissue is...Seriously, make sure your diet is dialed in...losing fat is all about diet and cardio...make sense??

haha...i never read the gender...but I see now...haha. Maybe the panda bear should have given a lil clue. Thanks sis. :naughty:

Do that for 6 hours a day and you should reach your goals, Good Luck. Ohyeah at least 5 to 6 days a week as stated in an earlier post.

Personally, I hate the freggin treadmill. But, what I do is do a bout 5-10 min slow paced warm-up (Between 1 and 3 speed). Then I heat it up to about 5 or 6 (speed) for about 5 mins. Then go up to 7-8 (speed) for 3-5 mins and alternate between the speed 5-6 and 7-8 (speeds) for the remainder of the work-out in 2-3 min increments.

Lookup HIIT.

I have observed how slow some of the big guys can run (walk) and loose weight. Maybe do the HIIT thing and adjust as per heartrate.

Disclaimer: I'm not very experienced with the whole cardio thing.
