Cramping

Potassium intake is good, Multi is good. Im getting it bad as of late, i strech before/during every workout. Any ideas?
 
Calves and Hams, fulid intake was decent but below par this weekend. Could be the cause- hoping maybe theres a supplement i can take because this isnt the first time.
 
i would drink more water 1.5 gal a day at least and get enough rest and eat right and don't drink alcohol if you do.
 
Nah i only drink on rare occassions. I drink at least 1 gallon of water a day. Rest etc.

Man the other day i got a cramp in my ab doing heavy weighted cruches. Fuck I almost went down,,,,,but it finally let up.
