Crappy HDL on oxandrolone, shorter higher doses better?

That s the key mate...........slowly.
I competed from age 22-27 then worked in a stressful job that required fitness-no gear till trt 10 yr s ???? ago and then only trt. So from 27-42 no gear but LOTS of recreational bad stuff as I was a federal school crossing guard and never 1 drug tested which is so screwed up. If they did an AAS test on the local PD they could not field a swat team...as they are either jacked or fat.
I -Tried some 500 mg of this with 400 that and whatever but my psa s and hdl s and all other value s....skewed. Food and lifting and rest...lil bit s gear

Competed ay body building or power lifting ??
Yea it's hard long road to tell you the truth mate I'm just happy to be able to whip of the shirt when I take my young fella to beach and not feel small lol but your right for me its food training gear sleep food being the no 1 starting of with a small frame I've gotter eat a shit load to gain weight the gear is just the icing on the cake ....... But who wants to eat a cake with no icing haha pardon the grammar

Did better at powerlifting than bbing .
