Im on aas, prop 100mg tren. 50mg eod and primo 400mg a week. Just added clen 40mcg ed and t3 50mcg ed. Been on it for 3 days, taking potassium supplements taurine and also sodium during my workout. I get very severe cramps in my Ibbs, I hate it I couldn't even finish my chest and back workout. It was so severe that I puked. Any advice to prevent or minimize cramping?? I I train my abs on sundays very intense and I also train them lightly twice during the week, i also do 2 hours of cardio daily spin bike maybe I'm working my core too much? Could that be the cause.
