I don't eat much meat but loads of protein powder whey, soy...etc. I eat healthy veggies and supps(taurine, flax, B6, B12 etc...
I started loading with creatine (GNC)
yesterday.... felt good and good today too, no leg cramps ..no stomach cramps
BUT: By the time i got to work i had to go about 5 times and just water came out (brown water) ....yuk
But i still feel good and no abdominal cramps.
I must have lost about 2 quarts of water from my but.
I thought this creatine was going to hold in water?
I am supposed to load for 4 days with these bigdoses of creatine ...i don't know if i could do it?
