Ive been out of the game for a bit and have forgotten alot of what i used to know so i have a couple questions that are refreshers, so i hope you guys can help me out.
1. Before the tests were showing to take creatine and your post workout drink separately, yet on here lots of people are saying to take them together, 30 mins after each other. Is this still the case?
2. I know you’re supposed to take normally 75 g of dextrose post workout with your creatine drink, my question is do you normally take the creatine that is pre workout with dextrose too or just creatine and water?
3. What are the doses for the preworkout and postworkout drinks? I think I used to take 5g before and 5 after? Is that still correct?
4. I remember when I used to workout and keep up with things people were adding ALA and taurine to their creatine mix, yet it seems taurine has dropped and the trend now is R-ALA, dextrose and creatine mono. Can someone explain this to me, I did a search and didn’t find what I was looking for.
