Creatine Powder vs Capsules

After looking at some threads on here, I've decided to order some Creatine.

Should I take Capsules or Powder? Cheers.

I am pretty sure that they are both equally effective, given that you are using a quality product.
I think it really come down to preference and what your body responds to best. When I started using creatine I started with a monohydrate and then tried out different formulas.
Then I bought a bottle of capsules and I noticed a difference right away. Another reason I prefer capsules, they are easier to get down.
I have heard others say the powder works best for them.
IMO I suggest you cycle them both and see what you works best for you.

I'm at 145 pounds wanting to put on weight.
I'm at the gym 4x a week and taking a Mass Gainer plus 4 meals a day including carbs, proteins etc etc.

I heard Creatine helps put on weight so thats my reasons for taking it.

It doesn't make your body gain muscle weight directly, but it does help you work your muscles harder.
The harder you work them, the bigger you make them.
Creatine will put some weight on you, but if you want quality mass you should be focusing on the food you consume.
Eat man, eat clean and eat lots.
The same energy you put into smashing the shit of of those weights in the gym, is the same energy you need in the kitchen.

It also depends on what kind of creatine you're getting.

Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine Ethyl Ester, Creatine Tri-Malate, etc ...

I find all have a different effect on the body, whether it's in a pill or powder format.

Just my opinion though ...

for pills id go with Ancient Strength from NTBM for powder I like PP's creapure.
the Ancient Strength pills are easy to take with you if your travaling or going to gym ect. the creapure i add to my smoothy at home.

I will have to agree with the above on Ancient Strength. It's what I take and I have nothing negative to say about it

Im currently using MHP's Dark Matter, not sure what kind of creatine form it is,but i really like this product, have been using it for over a year now,and had really worked for me,but i also add 5 grams of creatine mono to my pre workout drink...the DM is kinda pricey, but well worth the money from the experience ive had from it,have gotten some solid gains from it......ive never tried the capsule form myself..
