Creatine Question/arguement

truck

Well-Informed
MY roomate took like half his cell-tech and mixed it up in a jug and said he was premixing it so he didn't have to mix it everytime after every workout. I told him that he was wasting his money by doing that because creatine brakes down in water, so it would be worthless in a day or two....AM I RIGHT OR NOT.....???????

your right. creatine monohydrate is very unstable in water and will quickly degrade to creatinine, a wasteprodcust that has no benefit and will only cause stress on the kidneys

Yes, not only is he wasting his money by pre-mixing it - he's making the initial mistake of buying Cell-tech in the first place.

I agree water will break Creatine down, although I have experienced great gains using Cell-Tech, and I dont know why everyone talks bad about it.

Mostly because of its cost and the marketing campaign behind it....I have nothing against the ingredients and I don't doubt that Cell-tech does what any other creatine and some dextrose would do.

Sorry - didn't mean to hijack this thread and turn into a Muscle-Tech bashing session....I buy their Nitro-tech bars so I shouldn't talk!!

because of the poutrageous prices they charge for such cheaply made materials. not to mention their marketing claims...

675% better than all other forms of creatine? the only thing that is 675% with Muscletech ios their markup... greedy bastards

How long does it take creatine to break down? If i mix it in the morning and drink it at night am i also lossing the benfits?

ohh yea i was just researching the effects of creatinine and how long it takes to convert to this toxic chemical and it came up that it can start to convert in the first 10 minutes of being mixed in water. if u don't belive me just check out this websitehttp://www.nytrofusion.com/2.htm
