can you give us a breakdown of whats in it? i think it is spelled TRAC, i think there is hydrixyisoleucine, found from Fenugreek i believe, as an insulin mimicker, but i do not know how effective that compound is
trac is time released arginine and creatine..

if u do decide to use it do extra ab and cardio work, take it at night, and be prepared to get pissed at the pathetic results
yea that was i was thinking of doing. im currently on phosphagen HP and the results are alright. but when i run out i was thinking about getiing a cheap monohydrate creatine.
my question is, what kind of dextrose should i use for the creatine??
