Thought I'd share this with you guys
after pct, i started taking creatine at 5g/day for a month...bam...nothin'
then i increased it to two HEAPING ass tablespoons a day probably 20g...i dont really care...i have 7lbs of it that i got for less than $30...about 3 weeks ago i started taking trib at 6250mg/day for 7 days then half that until present time...a week ago i added 25mg of DHEA/d
now when i got off cycle, i lost about 5 lbs, no more ... and strength decreased a bit for a while....i took clen/eca (alternating) with keto for 6 weeks and lost another 10 lbs while maintaining muscle mass....keep them cals up...
my sharing info is this:
My diet hasnt changed, but after doing the creatine for 1 month, and adding the trib (which is cheap as fuck) I'm gaining a shitload of strength in deads and squats (nothing else worth mentioning) and at 5 lbs OVER what i was post-cycle (yay)
I wonder if it is the creatine, trib or a combination
