Creatine use?

I am currently waiting for plasmavol to be back and stock and was wondering what is the best way to utalize the creatine monohydrate powder i have until i can get plasmavol?

Take it 3/4 grams with glucose in your post wo, bro. Glucose acts as a carrier for creatine.
