I feel that my diet is not working well at all for me anymore. I need to get some feed back. There is a sample in photo below.
Self employed in the marketing and web design field. Age = 43
Height = 5'10"
Weight = 190-195
BF = 14%
Goal:
Drop body fat level down to 10% and keep my as much muscle as I can.
I use to walk around at 225lbs. That weight is just not working for me anymore. I would be happy with a lean 180-185 from hear on out.

Crap ! I had my weights wrong on the meat and fish but my calorie intake is over 3,000.
The program says that my carbs are low by 157 grams and my protein is 131 grams too high. But this is a diet program for people who want to lose weight.
