right now, i am looking to gain a little bit of size. calorie intake could definitely afford to be higher; but i work an 8-5 mon-fri, and squeezing in quality food is difficult (which i know is no excuse, and im sure 85% of people on this forum face the same obstacles); anywhoo...
i do eat about 6 egg whites with 1 full egg in the am, fruit, and protein drink. ECA stack on the way to work. ~3 cans of tuna (or a 6" chicken sub) around 1:00, and another go round of the same at ~4:00. usually go lift after work till about 8-9; and down another 6-8 eggs. i also have about 2 yogurts throughout the day; brocoli florets; 2 apples; a banana (prior to working out); and I fill and drink a 20oz water bottle on the hour, every 2 hours. protein shake 3x daily, and casein prior to bed.
