Critique My Bulking Diet...

Well after everything I read here saying most people do not eat enough to truly grow. I decided to track my Intake. First day my protein was impressive but total calories kind of low. I think I have it on track now.

Stats 6'1" 248 Lbs 17% BF

The Ctyo Gain weight gain powder claims almost all of its carbs are complex, not sugars- Any truth to this?

Please give me some feedback..

you can get nit picky about it and say that you should take the peanut butter out of the PWO shake, and you should switch to natural peanut butter, but whatever, youre a big guy, you need a lot of calories, and if youre getting bigger and stronger thats all that matters.
