Critique my morning shake please

I was reading something about fats and carbs shouldn't be mixed or something of that nature. Some kind of NO PROTEIN w/ FATS, again, I don't remember it, but if someone could clear that up for me I'd appreciate it because my shakes have all of the above in them.

Here's my shake:

* 2 scoops ON whey protein

* 1 Tbls flax seed oil w/ lignans

* 1 Tbls all-natural peanut butter

* 1 cup dry, rolled oats

* 1/2 a bananna (it seems to neutralize the flax taste)

* 1 1/2 cup fat-free/ skim milk

* 1 multivitamin

(and occasionally 2-3 egg whites)

Im not too sure about your question. But if your tryin to bulk, mix whatever together to get the foods in you...Thats what i used to do...My shakes were similar to your, whatever I had I threw in them.

And, in my opinion, I like eating solid foods first thing in the morning...But I woudn't not reccommend what your doing, cause ive done it with great results...
