critique requested for test e cycle

Hi,

please critique my test e cycle

was going to do deca sust cycle but decided against it coz of potential side effects of deca

Stats: age 49, 220, 6'2 13% BF

this will be second cycle though first was roughly 10 years ago

week 1 to 10 test e 600mg per week (split 300mg mon, 300mg thurs) 20mg nolva ED

week 7 to 10 275 IU 3x/week HCG

week 11 and 12 20 mg nolva each day

PCT

week 13 to 16

nolva 40/20/20/20

clomid 100/50/50/50

will have diet and training well sorted

The hcg is probably better to run through out the whole cycle stopping 2-3 days before pct.

Also didn't see any AI in the mix. Easier to stave off high estro sides before they start.
Recovery at our age is gonna be more difficult than it was 10 years ago....keep that in mind

Whats your test levels at naturally? Do what you want but i dont see any purpose for a 49 year old to pct time to be on test always
 
bulking, just want to put some muscle on shoulders traps chest, planning to do 3 or 4 cycles till i'm happy then go natural at which point i wont be gaining much coz of age (my natural test is fine though) even with good training diet.
 
thanks for that about HCG is that coz of my age or just in general?

last time my test levels were normal for someone of my age, i haven't got the exact results, but i feel just the same so I think nothings changed. forgive me for asking, but are you saying i should just cruise and juice permanently?

thanks,that was just the term I was looking for "kickstart" unfortunately it will be some time before i do the cycle coz i haven't weight trained properly for sometime, been doing lots of cardio good diet, but nowhere near enough calories. i read on one of the boards that you have to be consuming a high calorie diet for many months until your body can properly digest it and then use it so the steroids have enough calories/ protein available,otherwise the extra calories and protein pass through unused. if this is true how many months do you think it would take for the body to be accustomed to the increased calories/protein to make sure the steroids have enough to work effectively?I think I only read it once but it was from someone with much experience. it made sense coz i've known of a lot of guys who've done everything correct, proper juice and haven't looked liked they'd really done the cycle.maybe its coz they only had a high calorie/protein diet when they were on that cycle,not giving the the juice the calories/ protein that's needed.most of these guys were skinny coz lots of bigger guys, i noticed don't seem to have this problem. oh yeah and maybe its just calories that have to be increased months before the cycle and not the protein?
