So to keep your gains and not go through i guess what you would call withdraws, from not having all the hormones you have been putting in it from the past cycle,Is cruising from the end of a cycle with some low dose test until the next cycle the best option or is post cycle therapy (pct) the best option. Best meaning safest and most effective as in keeping your gains

never stay on artificial hormonos to dangeorus, your best of doing post cycle therapy (pct), think bout ur dream image and how big u wish to get. however big u wish to get, go for being bigger than your dream
e.g if you want to be as big as doing 3 cycles, instead do 5 cycles with proper post cycle therapy (pct) you will proble keep 3 cycles worth or probobaly more considering you keep on training hard and with good diet

than you can stay natural after that witch is healthy. ino easy said then done it will reqire dedication

Run a post cycle therapy (pct), unless you have some sort of hormone problem and are doing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) it's good to give your body a break.

With a proper post cycle therapy (pct) you should hold on to most of your gains and withdraw should be minimal. You will still feel a bit like shit but man up and deal with it, don't worry you won't die. I don't get bad withdraw after a cycle anyways but that's me.

I'm not knocking anyone who does use it year round I know people who do but most won't recommend it to others. It's a personal thing.

Your either on or your not, this whole cruise and blast notion is just to make the full time juice heads feel better about what they are doing.

please list these "dangers"

PCT is not in my vocabulary, except to give advice when asked. I will cruise for life. I've found that I lose too much of what I gained, even when doing post cycle therapy (pct). The bottom line is, AAS helps give you that edge and no matter how many times you do PCT, you will never be able to keep "ALL" of the gains you make when you come off totally. It's a personal decision each person needs to make. I am just not happy with myself when I come off so I choose not to anymore. I've found even at modest testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doses, I still don't feel the same as when I have more AAS in my system and even at 250mg EW of Test, I still lose some of my gains. Maybe it's just me, but that's my experience.

so your body feels not to big of difference when you are just cruising ,it feels almost the same as if your hitting a cycle?

My cruise is not your typical cruise. My cruise is 500mg Test E/300mg Deca EW.

This guy is the what gives AAS a bad name. He will have MAJOR complications later on life, especially if that is what he does while cruising.. he wil have prostate cancer and HUGE heart problems before he turns 40 Do not take his advice..

ALWAYS do post cycle therapy (pct).. just be patient, Rome was not built in a day.

Proper HCG run through out the cycle and proper post cycle therapy (pct) you will only lose 10-15% of your size and 20% of your strength gains if you do it properly..

NEVER MAKE A DECISION THAT IS GOING TO NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.. I.E. testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) FOR LIFE

Excuse you bro. I never advise anyone to do what I do. He asked what I do and I told him....end of story. I'm sure you got medical data to support all these complications you speak of, correct? FYI....I am 40 and I'm in perfect health. The last I checked, there was no concrete evidence that said if you did AAS, you are guaranteed prostate cancer and huge heart problems. If you got medical data I haven't seen that shows all these studies proving AAS will do all the things you say, please share. Thank you. As far as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life, there are doctors who prescribe this for many men. You need to do some homework before you start trying to speak medically about stuff you don't have the authority to do.

There are many people who are on juice all the time....Sly Stallone for one and he's in his 60's. Trust me, if what dude said above was true, you'd be hearing about in the media left and right because of all the negative press AAS gets. The bottom line is, you can theorize as to what can happen but as far as I know, there's no concrete evidence that says if you do AAS, you will develop prostate cancer. I think he just does what the media does and passes on hearsay.

i hear ya brother ,I am not doubting ya,about this cruise or post cycle therapy (pct) subject i will try both to see wich one works better for eventually ,im just looking for honest answers from people with experience

don't try both.. if you shut your test levels for that long you chance never getting them back again.. then you are screwed. follow my advice or you will live to regret it.

Stallone may be 60 but he has the best health care money can buy, you have no idea what his cycles consist of. Steroids can contribute to an enlarged heart, this is a fact. The link between steroids and prostate cancer is a fuzzy one, if your predisposed to PC and juice then odds are you will get it sooner then you would have.
Doctors that RX testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) always screen for PC and if thats an issue typically go another route than testosterone. Im not telling you your gonna die from them but they will contribute to other chronic illnesses even something as simple as high blood pressure and cholesterol. I you think your gonna do drugs long term and not see adverse effects your fooling yourself.

so youre saying when running post cycle therapy (pct) eventually i can have my natural test levels back where they should be, all on their own naturally with no problem in the future with my natural test levels and other hormones

This is good advice, you see kids basically 21-22 with ridiculously low T levels wanting to get on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life because they were on juice.

You're right. Nobody knows what Stallone does but he doesn't get any better healthcare than I do. I work for a good company and have access to good health insurance. I have an internal medicine doc who monitors me and if things start to get to the point where he tells me to adjust some things, then I will. To say AAS "can" contribute to some other health problems is a fair statement but to say it will with all certainty, is a false statement IMO. I take blood pressure meds so my BP never is high, even when on. I also take RX Niaspan which keeps cholesterol down, even when I'm on. Believe me you, if my doctor tells me I need to change some things, I'll heed his advice but until then, he watches over me and I will continue to do what I do. I'm not totally wreckless about what I do.
