I'm looking for new ways to bulk. Old protocol was eat alot for 6 months then cut back.
Now I'm thinking 2 weeks bulk/2 wks maintenance.
So how about 2 weeks bulk then a major calorie deficit day then 3 days maintenance then 1 day deficit then one day maintenance then one day cut and then back to a 2 week bulk.
Reason.... bulk puts on weight.... and maintenance/ cut helps lose some fat.
Of course being done on AAS and taking measurments along the way to avoid Muscle loss.
Sounds odd I suppose.
Or has anyone ever just tried a low calorie day here and there during g a bulk for same reasons?
